Orders Policy

•  Please note that Online Ordering does not constitute to a confirmed order.
•  Online Ordering will only be confirmed upon a confirmation call from the icakes sales team.
•  Orders may be made through our hotline 6386 6666 or at our icakes retail stores.
•  Orders must be placed 3 working days in advance.
•  Amendments for order best before 2days.
•  icakes reserves the right to accept or reject any orders.

Payment

•  Payment to be made upon delivery of goods by cash or cheque only.
•  Cheque should be made payable to "icakes enterprise". No postdated cheques are accepted.
•  Price listed on our website are all in Singapore Dollar (S$).
•  Price listed are subjected to changes without prior notice.
•  icakes is not liable for any pricing error.

Cancellation of order

•  Cancellations of orders must be made via phone calls to icakes.
•  Cancellation charge of 20% will impose via all approved credit card payment orders.
•  A 50% surchange of order price will apply for order less than 2days before delivery or collection date.
•  All deposit are non- refundable.

Delivery

•  A delivery charge of $15.00 is applicable for orders below $70.00 nett for Standard Cakes.
•  Free delivery for Full Month & Wedding Cakes orders that are above $100.00.
•  Additional $3.00 delivery charge for CBD area, Subject to acceptance for delivery on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday.
•  Time of Delivery cannot be fixed and all delivery schedules are at the sole discretion of icakes.
•  If there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the cake, the cake will be sent back to our retail shop for self-collection by the customer.
•  All deliveries can only be made in Singapore.
•  Please note that overseas orders can only be delivered to Singapore addresses.
•  Delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.

Fresh Fruit cake

•  All cakes with fresh fruits are advised to be best consumed within the same day of receiving the product.

Decorations Accessories

•  The finished product vs displayed designs in website are subjected to slight variations, including colour.
•  Decorative accessories are subjected to availability and sizes of accessories cannot correspond with the varying cake sizes. Availability of designs are subjected to festive seasons and selected occasions.
